The Venus Collection

Here is one of the designs I never get to see in personal. I created all these fun and colorful labels for this lady in Malibu. Check it out here. We lost contact for a few years now, not sure what happened. I also illustrated lots of greeting cards for her other online shop Solar Soul. Not all of them are mine, but I'm sure you can tell.

Broken Glass....Broken Heart....

Kaya's art window was stepped on by a lil' girl the other day. His heart ached from that since it's his very first window and he was so proud of it. Scratching off the paint from glass wasn't easy for a 7-year-old and it's almost finished. Anyway, he's already moved on today and will start on a new one soon. This time he'll definitely be more careful of where he put his window. Not laid flat on the floor like last time for sure. Go Kaya, can't wait to see your new creation!

hey, look what i found at the library today! it's another one of those designs i created but never get to see it in personal. i should be better of keeping track of all the designs i've created. that what i will do from now on, tracking down everything i should get credit for. starts from tomorrow.... to be continued. anyway, check CROQ Zine out!

Last weekend at Division Street Fair, I finally met one of my clients who I created a logo and banner for. Since I freelance at home with clients all over the countries, I never really get to see the finished products at all. I'm just happy to see how this banner turns out. mini mirror

since the big mirror went so well, i wanted to try with a mini one. i was going to leave the frame gold, but i liked black better. well, it wasn't bad, but it definitely couldn't beat the first one.

my first mirror is done! it looks beautiful against red wall. now i'll definitely keep an eye out for nice old mirrors at thrift stores. can't wait to work on more ideas.

windows day

kaya is working on his first window. i'm also trying to finish about 10 windows by next month and will be looking for a coffee shop in the neighborhood to show them off. i just got hawthorne bridge done yesterday and working on st. johns bridge today. tomorrow will be a free art one. my friend also wants me to draw a buddha on her mirror...still in progress :P
